Tommy, the Titan XP (#2) has a max power of 250 W. Look up the TDP of your card. The highest I have seen on a TI is 280W.
What card do you have and where did you find that?
Gigabyte doesn't list it in the specs, as far as I can see.

One guy mentions it here but don't know if it is solid
The cards TDP is 275W. If they are recommending a 600W PSU and the card can draw 320W, then that leaves 280W for the rest of the computer. They usually recommend a higher wattage PSU than necessary, not knowing what else you have. For people like you or I, our CPU can draw half of what is left over. Talk about living on the edge.
I have the money and I keep looking to get 2 1080 FTW2`s, but at the same time I keep saying to myself, why bother, my 980 Ti`s do everything I need them to.
I stick with EVGA because I know they make good stuff, and they are notoriously slow when it comes to having stock, they want to get rid of their old stock first, they do it every time.
You won`t see consistent Ti stock on their site for at least 6 months.
1st they have to come up with a shroud idea, then they have to retool their equipment to make the new shrouds, etc etc etc
And now they`ve added Elite Gaming models with 5 color choices.
The power draw will be a lot higher than the TDP though wouldn't it?
This says almost 400W under load.
