If it was available now I could rationalize that as a "buy now" as the CDN dollar is currently much higher .82068. Ah no. That 2080 TI might be tempting, though.

My rationale for moving from a 1080 to a 1080 TI was the frustration in rmaing two 1080's, my nephews and getting myself onto the TI cycle, not the 1080 cycle.

I'm good, as you can see from my gaming OSD numbers. :)

That win with $20 in the slot machine WHILE WAITING FOR A SHOW did put me over the edge for that purchase. Habit, no way. I'm a stats major. Corsair Link 4.8.3.8 released. Keeping my fingers crossed on the resolution of the Link/CUE conflict:

Conflict between CUE and CORSAIR LINK software is fixed.
Intermittent shutdown for systems with AX1500i is fixed.

Known Issues:
Some users may experience intermittent “driver unsigned” issue when installing Corsair Link.
Custom fan curves may experience dip to 0 RPM.
Vengeance RGB DRAM may not be recognized on some motherboards with the B250 chipset.
AMD Ryzen processors show temperature 20C above actual.
