Dude; you are released from your shotgun duties. So on the FTW 1080 RMA, EVGA gave me free shipping both ways. But as it seems, shipping to them was standard. Just got this notice from the shipper. Replacement FTW 1080 has been released by EVGA (expedited shipping) with an ETA to me Monday.

Just told the nephews who I believe are now scheduling on line gaming all nighters. Well they love me but I'm waiting for a lecture from my sister about spoiling them.

EVGA customer service at work yet again. Impressive.

I'm not complicating anything bringing an overclock into the mix as I was getting the 3D Mark time measurement error whether I overclock or not. So I tested with vcore adjustments only. Tested with Rivatuner closed only. None of that worked. Turned off Windows 10 game mode and four successes in a row. In AB, voltage, core and memory are at stock of course for stock runs.

    Attachment 149356

Not sure what's going on either. Will do more testing when the validated Asus bios arrives, if ever.
Ah, turning off game mode. I always do that, glad its doing better now

It would be nice if I could uninstall the gaming mode and Xbox crap.
I don't game, and they screw up benchmarking, so I just turn of all the switches in them at least.
    Same with RIVA and GeForce.

I thought I'd make a Green version of my Aida64 sensor panel, although I very rarely us a green system theme or wallpaper.
    This one really glows!

We pushed this PS Script out at work. It does a good job. It removes the Xbox app. Quite frustrating to upgrade 7 Pro to 10 Pro company wide then have an Xbox app on everyone's computer. That's not very "professional" Microsoft.

Thanks, I'll give it a try(after making a system image of course), when I get some time.

I additionally just tried uninstalling AB and RTSS and used Asus GPU Tweak to OC. I also turned game mode back on. All 3D Mark results were valid. RTSS has it's hooks into everything to produce the monitoring data and OSD. Maybe game mode is doing something with the RTSS services to produce the time measurement error. I don't know for sure.

Reinstalled AB/RTSS as I love the OSD while gaming. GPU Tweak has nothing but monitoring which shows high and low data (clocks, temps, etc) which you can see once you finish gaming. It sucks.

Yes I understand that attitude for benchmarking and both Futuremark and EVGA will tell you to turn things like OSD off for best benchmarking results. I simply like to watch (OSD) what the GPU/CPU are doing all the way through, both benchmarking and gaming, but especially gaming as I often game for hours. Very easy to see in real time what clocks and temps hold at and what the spikes are.

Instead of OSD, I just leave Afterburner and my Aida64 CPU sensor on.
By the way, I just finished my green version:)
