There have been no replies to your post as everyone is Googling M1 Garand. I actually was issued one and know very well what am M1 Thumb means.

No, I'm not close to "All Knowing", I've just been around longer than many here.

I finished all the missions, if you meant the steam achievements that is going to take a while.

You'll do it if it can be done.

I nearly took my thumb off a few weeks ago with a Garand! I would take a Garand any day over the M4 I was issued. I have a 1903 Springfield that I love way more than any AR. The 30-06 is a wonderful cartridge.

6.1.9 wouldn't even run for me. I have no clue why. 6.1.8 is what I'm using. It works fine for my purposes, although the OSD only works when you don't want it to. It never works when you want it to.

On another subject, I did a clean install less than a month go and my benches have been fine. The other night I was running Valley and couldn't figure out why I could never get the expected scores. No matter what I did, I could never get over 68xx. I have another install on another drive which I had just restored an image of a clean install. I switched over to that OS and ran valley with the same settings and scored 72xx something which is around what I expected. Apparently some piece of software is holding scores down. I had this same issue when I first got the 1080 TI. After a clean install, everything was fine..... until now. The only thing I can figure is I had just installed O365 Pro Pus. Wondering if that could be the problem. Any ideas from anyone?
Steve, did you ever nail this down?

No, never did. But, I did find, for some reason, it seems to only affect certain benchmarks and not others. As strange as it sounds, that makes more sense to me than it affecting all of them.

Far fetched, but with O365 Pro running, what is churning in your GPU? According to rules I do not understand, things like to run there....
