He hit 2012 MHZ on his OC on the AMP Extreme, no voltage adjustment. Not bad. Note Worf he states the Firestorm software on the disk isn't working and he posts a link for the solution.

Man. that card is a beast, 5lbs? The RGB stuff will look sweet in a 750D.

I think worf will need to buy an extra case(as a "garage"), just for that card!

I'm still kind of wishing I'd held out for an FTW3 card. If my second FE card OCs as little as my first one, I may sell them both and look into getting one.
What are you getting on the OC with the FE? AIB's of course clocked higher out of the box. But we aren't so far seeing much more than 2075MHZ on them.

The Obsidian 750D is a garage. The 900D is a two car garage.

I am entered in the contest to win an FTW 3 1080TI. But I think with all my negative (but constructive) comments over there about XOC not keeping up with Unwinder's AB, they may have thrown my entries out.

The secondary bios on the FTW 1080 goes to 130%. No clue what it goes to on the FTW3.

Even our fine Blackrose, always helpful with a great attitude, who has a second 1080TI on the way, I'm sure like the rest of us has no intentions of giving dude anything other than praise for his contributions on this board. Dude can take that to the bank, but it ain't going to help his benchmark scores. :)

I'm in that contest as well. Good luck to you. I think I used up all my contest karma when I won a nice batch of DDR3 RAM from Newegg a few years ago.

As for Dude, you are right on there. His contributions to this board are very much appreciated. :)

I sure hope @Dude doesn't see this conversation, it will hurt his feelings. I do hope he knows I tried to help him though.

    Doug does deserve the best.
After all the time he puts in keeping the boards updated(and giving advice to us newbie over clockers, like me)

So far, it seems to max out at 1987 on the core for me. Anything further than +145 on the core and Heaven crashes within seconds with d3d11 as the cause. Any more than +130 and GTA V randomly crashes.

Not a bad OC, but I was hoping to hit 2 Ghz. I guess I got spoiled by my 1080, which hit +250 with room to grow.

You guys are hurting my self estime. I'm just negotiating to swap my R7 260, 1GB for a R9 270x with 2GB by adding a small amount of money and you are talking about GPU that costs more than my whole new system.

Mike the idea is to maximize what you have, not necessarily buy new stuff.
