I will give @Dude credit though. I think he can get more out of a GPU than anyone I know. That's why I would love to see him get a TI.

He seems to have lost interest in running more benchmarks. I guess it's that way when you have a lazy version of a 1070 and you know your next best score will likely move from 7001 to 7001 point five.

Worf will be so far up on him in the leader board that he will have to shout so dude can hear him.

I'm guessing our dude is being cool, quiet and taking his time. Pondering his options and waiting for more data.

Just for graphics, Ungine Heaven is good. For both I like Firestrike and Superposition and there is always Time Spy.
Be sure and watch your temps closely!

Yes you're right, and there are more too, like Real Bench.

You decided to take my advice TC?

I use the settings I got from Heaven for my daily OC(but with core voltage set at 80% instead of 100% and my GPU power setting to Optimal, instead of maximal performance, to keep it cool for day to day non benching stuff, like YouTube, the forums, graphic and video work), because if I go even a tad higher in Heaven, my system will freeze.

But if I really want to see what my card can do, or see how high I can go, I use Passmark's Performance test. or Timespy.

Moving away from GPU's for a moment...

I’ve been waiting for a new version of the vaunted Microsoft Surface Book Pro (Surface Book Pro 2) and instead I see MS is instead releasing a standard notebook called the "Surface Laptop" with Windows 10S (a Windows App store only OS).

    WHAT!!!

Please tell me Microsoft has more in mind than this as a replacement for the Surface Book Pro

Sorry but on surface (no pun intended) this looks like a flop to me considering what the Surface Book Pro is/was. Hopefully the true replacement for the Surface Book Pro 2 is still to come.
