Your graphic score if I remember right is higher at 10555 or something and his is 10485. I know Time Spy is more graphic weighted but along with graphic numbers like you guys are getting, you need what 8.4 on the CPU score?
Achieving overall 10K seems brutal to this no expert overclocker.
PS: ya your cpu score is low 7's and his Ryzen is 8.4. YIKES, tough CPU score to achieve.
More Zotac 1080TI reviews and reading for Worf to confirm what he already knows - worth the wait!
Again, look at the CPU scores to achieve 10K plus overall Time Spy scores. Believe Guru3D uses a Core i7 5960X (Haswell-E) @ 4.3 GHz on all eight cores
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 Ti AMP Extreme review - Introduction
Well they start off that review poorly imho. It simply is not the fastest gpu money can buy. It is arguably the 3rd best, not on it's best day can it beat the new Titan Xp. And I have not seen any Ti's beat the Titan XP other than two dudes using LN2.
I see that they only use stock clocks for these runs, seriously. I don't ever judge a gpu by what it can do at stock clocks but what you can hope to wring out of it.
I am sure it is a great card but if you buy it in the hopes of beating either Titan in benches you are going to be disappointed me thinks.
Just a couple of mins in the Futuremark HOF will show that that the Ti's are hardly taking over. I actually thought they would but it does not seem to be the case.
Hey worf, stop pissing around and get one of them new Xp's, they are the real beast out in the market.
Drew, not exactly, I think. For playing games it is way more than good enough. If you are really into benchmarking and you want to be #1 on the boards, it is not good enough to do that. If it were not that way a Titan just wouldn't be a Titan. Kind of like one of my Dad's favorite sayings was, "compared to what?"
