Worf, I tend to agree with you. Nvidia has put so many restrictions on the cards, there is only so much manufacturers can do with them. The only exception is supposedly some cards use binned chips, but you pay for the luxury. I understand the EVGA Classified models do that. I know there are others too, I just don't know which ones. Other than that, the ones with the best cooling solutions are the way to go. It takes them longer to hit the thermal throttling so you end up with better Avg. FPS.

I don't know the UK markets, but I have heard that OC UK charge higher prices than other places. I seem to recall you wanted the FTW3 in the beginning. I don't know about the UK, but here most retailers are expecting them around the 17th. EVGA is going to ship the first pre orders on the 1st, Monday. They are going to fill all the pre orders before sending cards to retailers. The last pre order date I have seen is the 17th, so it sounds close to right. JMO.

I know how it feels to have to wait for a new toy
I wanted to get my new monitor yesterday, but for some reason they were not open.
I have late shift next week, so maybe I'll go Tuesday morning(Monday is May 1st, a holiday here) and see if they have it in stock, or if I need to order it.
