CPU fan(s) should be fans on the radiator but that one is also in Corsair part. probably same thing reported in two places.
Like I said Mike, I only have 5 fans installed, all are 4 pin fans. They are all controlled by my MB ....but it displays 7 fans in the top pic ....

    You're welcome Doug
I've been using this since 2010, when I bought my first flat screen HDTV(I'm still using it, an LG 32LD350, as it has unlocked professional calibration settings, including 10 point & 2 point IRE settings, plus color management settings and built in RGB color filters to set the color management visually if one doesn't have a colorimeter).

OldMike; it seems to me CPUFanin and CPU are the same and so are auxfanin 1 and chasis 4. HW Monitor is showing two more fans and I think you previously mentioned Corsair Link is showing 2 fans less.

Are you really trying to figure this out? I have a Corsair H110i. It is all connected according to the manual. I also have 3 corsair case fans, simple connections. Yet the latest version of Corsair Link shows all three case fans twice. I don't have HWM installed.

Maybe you can get advice from the experts as I did. Over on the Corsair forums I was told by a "software engineer" "hmmm, showing more fans is better than showing less". So with that "sound advice" in hand maybe you should go with HWM (2 more fans) instead of Corsair Link (2 less fans).

Kidding aside, I understand your frustration.

Yes I do, but I am not using their software. And it has 2 wires that plug into the motherboard.

And it's reading it thru USB and drivers while MB provides own readings for same thing.

In a few hours, I'll be going to the Euronics affiliate a few blocks away to see it they still have the BenQ BL 2711 U in stock, and pick one up if they do. I need a 4K not only for Benchmarking, but this is a CAD-IPS monitor for my graphics work
    It's advertised for 439€, about $478.36
Take a look at the specs: http: BenQ BL2711U CAD Professional Monitor | BenQ USA

I'm not a gamer, so the crappy Response Time of 12ms, 4ms (GtG) is not a problem, it's the great color gamut, contrast ratio, and display colors that matter most to me.

My NEC 24 inch professional monitor (PA242W) is 8ms and I hadn't lost an eyelash of sleep worrying about it gaming wise. I use mine for both photography editing needs as well as gaming.

Good luck with you new monitor.
