We'll start a poll of who can guess the price of the top of the line AIB cards. There's only 1 I care about (right now)

Your price guess makes sense but I was asking is that FTW3 the one you care about?

But, if they do, it will be later on and I will already have a FTW3, if the price is right.

End of the day you still have to get lucky somewhat with the O/Cing ability of the gpu in question.

My primary card will run higher clocks at a lower V then my secondary card. When I was folding the other day my top gpu was only needing 1.062V for a 2100 core speed. The second card was running at 2062 on the core with the same V.

As temps move around so will core clock and V. But with Pascal they really really like the cold. Me, I am about sick of the cold for this winter. Bring on the fricken heat.

I must be the only person on the planet who doesn't overclock their GPU. Just install and let it rip

Anyway if MS doesn't release their new Surface Book Pro 2 within the next couple of weeks I may wind up getting an EVGA 1080 FTW2 card. Would be moving from AMD for the first time ever when I dump my AMD (Sapphire) R9 Fury.

That said, I the SB Pro 2 is still the priority buy

Overclocking it can also make it rip (R.I.P. that is)

Oh, goody, I get to see what fried card looks like

I may wind up overclocking it (again) once I know for sure I'll be replacing it. The problem with this particular card is the R9 Fury's were known for bad display corruption issues. Hundreds of driver updates later the issue is (somewhat) solved , but...
