Yep, 3 GHz will out drag a Chevrolet. That's fast. I wonder what it scores on Time Spy? :)

I've been talking to @Dude and convincing him to get a TI. If he does, he will be hard to beat. I hear EVGA is coming out with a new model called "Dude's TI"
If there's anyone who deserves a 1080TI, will utilize it to its fullest and have the most fun with it, it's our Dude.

Do you hear that, fine wife of Dude? :)

Maybe if Dude tells his wife if he gets a TI she can have the 1070. That may work.

Corsair has had problems with that darn program ever since it cam out. It's a royal pain and always has been. If they haven't fixed it by now, it won't get fixed. Someone should ask their "engineer" how much air does a phantom fan put out.
I agree with all that. Color me lucky but I had zero problems until they released the latest version, which now corrects a pump speed issue at start up which I want. So I have to sing the same song as that "software engineer".

Well, the you answer how much air does a non existent fan put out. If it's listed, it has to produce some airflow. At least something more than just 'hot air'.

Ya, it's happening to some, not others, but I do see more reporting it on the Corsair forum. I haven't figured out what the commonality is for the issue. But look at this guy with MB similar to mine - same issue.

I like the "software engineer's" response to that. "Better to have too many fans showing than too few" .

    Do you hear that OldMike?

Yes sir loud and clear :) could be that I have a couple of my fans connected to a fan controller on top of my case.

Only one guy in the world pulls off what Kingpin did. And have you seen the pics from the hard mods done to the card. Take an electrical engineer from MIT to pull that off :)

Regular folks are struggling to come close to Titan performance to date.

This is just a little beyond my knowledge base, lol...

So far only the FE have been released. I just heard there is a lot of thermal throttling with them. I'm hoping when the AIB cards with better cooling is released, it will be better.
