There won't be any women today. They are all on strike protesting, who know what this time. They're calling it 'A day without women'. I guess that actually makes today Men's Day. Some peace and quiet finally.

Thats good news kipper my wretched shoulder is just about the same only holding the bars for any length of time longer than say five minutes caused too much pain - not that I am a wimp but super painful. The bit of steel now in my shoulder also deforms the shoulder making me look lop sided again another problem.
Right now in hospital with a fractured femur and another four weeks to go before I can get walking but I still dream of the Big Girl

Oh man, I can't wait to have one (or two) of those. Hopefully the decent third party coolers hit relatively soon.

@blackroseMD1, I saw one reviewer of the 1080 TI say it will be April for the AIB releases. I don't know if he really knows or not.

April or May is about what I figure as well. An EVGA employee mentioned the FTW3 as having an early May release date in the Overclockers3D forum, so that seems about right.

The Guru3D boys have one of the reference 1080TI's and also put it through its paces:

GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Review - Introduction

I agree with their comment below. As a 1080P gamer I see no logical reason or really a need for a 1080TI.

"As such, if you are a 1080p gamer, this card might be a bit out of your comfort zone; it isn't going to make much sense as at 1920x1080 you'll be limited by your processor, as yes, even the fastest 8 and 10 core processors will not be able to keep up properly.*The gamers that can afford it and will purchase this product will need to focus on at least Wide Quad HD (2560x1440) or Ultra HD gaming mostly. Below that resolution, honestly mate, go look at a GTX 1070 or 1080."

Strange to me that the 1080TI beats the Titan Pascal in just about every game but not in Time Spy. Not that I care much (I'm a gamer), just find it strange.

@specialkone, you're not going to talk me out of it, so quit trying.

I noticed the Time Spy anomaly in another review. It sort of makes you wonder how the test is scored. I know when I went from my 780 Classified to the 980 Classified there was one test I just could not even come close to the score of the 780, even though the 980 was way faster. I finally researched and found out it was because the test heavily weighted cuda cores (I think). The 780 had more cuda cores than the 980. It would pay us benchmarkers to try to find out exactly what these tests measure I think.

    I suspect @doorules knows though.
