    Yep photos
Microcenter email says order ready for pickup
    11.am opens
Running system image plus I think I should use easy bdc to get the 100mb system reserved partition to the c partition before the swapout
Just do a clean install of 10 and use the retail key for 7, not sure about a system builders on though, might want to ask @Superfly.

A clean install is always a good thing but you might not have to but you'll find out can't wait to see what you do with it

Man Intel is putting in Overtime

The new Coffee Lake 8700k can beat out a 7800x and hangs with a 7900x wth lol
    also new Platform 370z Boards

I can't find a video on this with any respected Tech reviewer but supposedly anyone with a 7800x or 7820x will be pretty darn mad

I saw that too Tommy, but it's hard to get over the 16 PCIe lanes of the 8700K.
Intel claims it is the best gaming CPU they have ever released.

I just think this stuff is coming out way to fast
I know it's about competition but their not even giving people a chance to let the X series sink in

Basically in a nutshell people should of not bought the X299 they would get about the same getting a Z370 and for about $400 cheaper man Intel knows how to sh*t on people real talk

I was watching a video saying they are trying to do away with using the pcie interface don't know how true it is but it was said

I really find that difficult to believe, about doing away with PCIe lanes. That is what they are using to get you to buy the more expensive CPUs. the 8700K has 16 PCIe Lanes. The 7800 and 7820 have 28 PCIe lanes, the 7900 and up have 44 PCIe lanes.
That is what Intel has done for years. The lower end CPUs in the HEDT class always have fewer lanes.

16 lanes will be taken up by 1 Graphics card, so nothing left for M.2 SSDs, sound cards or anything else. What I expect is the Motherboard Manufacturers will put another chip in to add some more lanes. That's what they have done before. Just like sata ports. The chipset provides a certain number of sata ports. To give you more, there are add on chips, like ASMedia or Marvell ports. I expect the same to happen with PCIe lanes. They've done it in the past.

So pretty much what you are saying they're going back to a old formula that has been improved

Makes sense if they want to ensure the cpu and other devices work better and faster together
