The video I posted also explained to me why EVGA owners, have to use XOC instead of using Afterburner, even if they wanted to.
Afterburner will only run one of the three fans, and that is totally not an option.

For me even before I installed my New 1080 Ti FTW3, I have never liked Afterburner, always used XOC for all my EVGA Cards. That reminds me thou, got to remove that piece of crap today...LoL

That liquid metal is difficult to apply and a little drop anywhere else can make a bad short. Applied it once on my FX 6350 and temperature correction was in order of testing error.

And if you want to have some "fun", try to take it off.

Afterburner is now capable of plotting graphics with a bunch of metrics that are supported in the software, including GPU temperatures, CPU clocks, and frame times. If there are sudden, or frequent drops in frame rates, or GPU temperatures start getting out of control - you'll know, and can plot them. Again, perfect for reviewers!

Yep. If you have the ICX cooling (I have ACX) you are locked into XOC as Afterburner will run the secondary fans at default. To get rid of XOC, especially the horrible Server software, this is why my next GPU will NOT be EVGA. For anyone who actually games with their gaming hardware and wants the OSD displayed, the XOC server software is a nightmare IMHO. EVGA doesn't fix the existing issues and brings new issues with new releases. AB, on the other hand, has none of those previously mentioned OSD issues, is moving to support UWP games and even Vulcan. It will be years if ever when EVGA catches up to Unwinder.

Their(MSI's) support isn't a problem for me here in Germany, the store where I'm buying it, is responsible for repair or replacement
