how to remove permanently Dotted Circle Animation at logon?
should have a way to delete this animation with resource hacker?
i searched "Animation" in C ( yep its too basic) and found many of these:
well i dont know how to handle them but i found something maybe intresting...the cortana animation is here in GIF format:
maybe the loading is saved as GIF...maybe not (i bet not) , try some search on C...good stuff to be found there

Go into control panel > search "performance" and open "advanced ui and performance options" and then select "maximum performance" there...it might disable that.

Running anniversary update here...

I have an Asus ultrabook with a broken touchscreen, it is cracked and randomly touches near the top of the screen every second or so. I had disabled the driver in Windows 8.1 and had no issue. Now that I have windows 10 every-time I reboot it...
unable to remove windows logon password
went to control panel user accounts and there is no longer a ' remove password ' option as with windows 7
i changed the settings to ' not require a password on logon' but made no difference at all
