I would order online. As you can see the prices are a lot lower and you get a bigger selection. DDR4 2800 is plenty fast enough. I would also not use an 8 TB drive. I would much rather use several smaller drives. The larger drives seem to go out faster than the smaller drives and if that 1 drive goes out, you would have lost 8 TB of data. It's kind of like the old saying, 'Don't put all your eggs in the same basket'. $1000 for a 1080 is way too high. The exact same card from Amazon is $619, although I recommend EVGA cards.

The shop you went to has way too high prices. The hard drive you selected is a 5400 RPM Surveillance drive. That means it will be really slow. Always buy at least a 7200 RPM Desktop hard drive. Plus, the same drive is $75 cheaper online (Amazon.com: WD Purple 8TB Surveillance Hard Disk Drive - 5400 RPM Class SATA 6 Gb/s 128MB Cache 3.5 Inch - WD80PUZX: Computers Accessories)

You really need to do your own research on the components and compare features. I recommended certain components for a reason. If you find something that will suit your needs better, by all means get it. But do your research. Also, make absolutely certain wherever you buy, they have a 'no questions asked' return policy, like Amazon does, if you buy from Amazon themselves and not from a reseller.

I think you would have to try real hard to spend 10K on a computer to do the things you mentioned. I'll give you some things to look at to get you started. You would have to try real hard to bog this system down and there is pretty much nothing it wouldn't do. It would cost you a lot less than you are wanting to spend.

    Asus X99 Deluxe Motherboard.
Amazon.com: ASUS LGA2011-v3 5-Way Optimization SafeSlot X99 ATX Motherboard X99-DELUXE II: Computers Accessories

    i7-6850K
    Amazon.com: Intel Boxed Core i7-6850K Processor (15M Cache, up to 3.80 GHz) FC-LGA14A 3.6 6 BX80671I76850K: Computers Accessories

    16GB G Skill DDR4-2800 ram
    G.SKILL Ripjaws 4 Series 16GB Desktop Memory Model F4-2800C16Q-16GRK - Newegg.com

    EVGA GTX 1080 FTW
Amazon.com: EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW GAMING ACX 3.0, 8GB GDDR5X, RGB LED, 10CM FAN, 10 Power Phases, Double BIOS, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC) Graphics Card 08G-P4-6286-KR: Computers Accessories

That's somewhere around $1800 and will do anything you want. Unless you are very particular about the sound, you won't need a sound card. Most boards today have fairly good sound built in them.
Looking good ^ ... @efilan I found on my last build one very important factor is research research research on all components, good luck with your build efilan :)

Just like everyone else has posted to you, listen to essenbe's advice on your build. He has years of experience and is VERY good at building rigs. You would be foolish not to heed his advice. Also its much better if YOU build your computer yourself!!! I would not let anyone build a new system for me, plus you will learn a lot more about your computer in the process.
Good luck with your build efilan

Ok so I would get that 2800 and buy a smaller HDD...
By the way...there are some thing out there like hybrid...putting os in ssd and other data on HDD...
Is it a good thing to do that?

well i gotta say my factor for selecting parts was...
"OK so this is more expensive so it has to be better"
    ...
well its not bad everytime...but i think its bad this time...
so i just came up with some questions:

1_if im going to buy a storage drive for my PC what should i buy? HDD or SSD? or both as a hybrid? what are the main factors to look into them?

2_if im going to buy a GPU for my PC what brand is good?(Plenty out there...confused on this)what are the main factors to look into them?

3_if im going to buy a CPU for my PC what are the main factors to look into them?

4_if im going to buy a Motherboard what are the main factors to look into them?

5_also if im going to buy a RAM what are the main factors to look into them?

If you have the money, buy an SSD for just the OS and programs and a mechanical drive for data files. The hybrid drivesa are supposed to be faster, but with an SSD, I doubt you would notice the difference.

I always buy EVGA graphics cards. They are the largest seller of Nvidia for a reason. The make good quality components and have the best customer support in the business.

What do you want to do with the CPU. You said you like to multi task and encode video. The Intel E series CPUs are perfect for that. The CPU I suggested has 6 cores and 12 threads. You would have to try to bog it down.

Motherboard is features and reliability. The board I suggested is what I am running. It has been very stable and will do anything I need to do. It has almost all the features you can find on any board.

Ram speed is only of marginal help. You would never notice the difference between 2400 Mhz and 3200 MHz.The board you select will have a QVL list (Qualified Vendors List). Try to find some ram on that list. Make sure your ram is from a quality Manufacturer and has a lifetime warranty.

    @essenbe

    Thanks for the help.

I will keep these in mind.

By the way, I gotta say I can't buy from eBay...they won't ship to my place (not from USA) and i have to buy from local shops, I'm near a big city and there is a big pc repair and parts there.
It has many things...Prices are high, but it's the best choice here.

Also I didn't found EVGA graphics here.
Only Asus, Gigabyte and MSI here so I gotta choose one of these.

And by Intel E you mean the xeon?
They are "hell yeah" CPU and the shop also have them but expensive...i found a dual one priced 7K!

    Atlast...thanks for reply!

Intel E is the enthusiast class of CPUs. Just look for the part numbers I gave you. An i7-6850K, if prices are that high, you can get the i7-6800, which is basically the same CPU, 6 cores/12 threads but it will give you fewer PCIe lanes. If you don't intend to run 2 graphics cards in SLI it won't matter. Just make sure wherever you buy from, has an excellent return policy.

Oh so Xeon series are better than i7? More functions and better speed right?

Actually the price is good...i wanted to spend 10K anyway...
Gotta say I'm an idealist person...
Want to have the best...or nothing.
So i just saved my money this year to spend a lot on my pc and use it atleast for 3 or 4 years without any problem.

And Double graphics sound COOL...like that...how to make double graphic? Just put two same graphics in and they are fine and work together? Or some other works needed??

By the way...i see some rigs out there having 3 monitors...or more...
They plug each on one single port? ( like having multiplier?)
OR every display has its own port?
Cuz my friend has an nvidia graphic that supports 3 monitors however it has two inputs...
    a DVI and one VGA...

And...sure...this shop has good return policy and warranty.

    ----
One question... I have used pcpartpicker now and got some Info by using that...
    A question I have...
    Theory:
Suppose that I made a pc that wants 350v power.
So i buy a 350v power for that...
If i overclock my cpu and GPU will the power fail to feed the Needs?
I have to buy more powerful power source if I'm going to overclock it??
    Like 400 or 500?
    And i f I buy too much...like the need is 350 and i buy a 1000... Is it bad???
Dont really the price...just want to know will it harm the devices or something...
