Does anyone know if pushing my ram would help with benchmarks.. I currently have the gskill 3000mhz using xmp ii profile.

Nice score mate. Tough luck on the max GPU settings. You will be able to gain a good 1000 points on your CPU score if you run it at 5.2Ghz and do some ram tweeks. I am struggling with my CPU score even though it overclocks well it doesn't score so great. I overclocked my Ram by 200Mhz and tightened the timings a little and it increased my CPU score by 200 points at the same speed.
I need to work on my CPU score a lot, it's holding me back. I think it might be down to me having a Z370 board as apposed to the Z390 so I am thinking of getting a new board. My GPU score is great though. It will run +153 core and +1500 mem in Timespy and scores 17424 for the GPU.

Keep on tweeking, I bet you can get a few hundred points higher. If you need help with anything give us a shout. Keeping the GPU cool is very important too so it doesn't downclock too much during the run.

This is weird. Finally have some cooler weather but it seems my card doesn't want to go above 163W and 55% of the power limit!! WTH.

That is weird. Do a reboot, and update sys info and see what happens. Did you have a driver crash?

Yeah I knew when i purchased the evga 2080ti xc gamer it wasn't there worse card (black edition anyone) but not a kingpin card either so expected overclock to be on the down side. Anything over 900 on the memory and temps dont look so great on the vram.. Using a x62 with the g12 bracket and it only has fan over right vram.. i was able to install it keeping the heatsink and backplate on also so was lucky there. I havnt seen it get over 56c on anything i throw at it and idles at 26c so I dont know why my clocks are being held back.

I took was just able to overclock the ram to 3200mhz keeping the xmp 2 profile for timings as they are already advanced alot over xmp 1 profile. Kept voltage to ram untouched. Boosted my voltage on cpu to 1.320 to get 5.2. Havnt tried 5.3 yet but scared to break anything but to your suggestion i was able to raise my score some. +150 points from cpu and ram oc.

Sorry dude, had the wrong msi profile loaded.... Its funny card will run with no problems or artifacts at all with 119core and 950memory but as soon as i go 120 core no go or 951 memory same deal.. Im at my limit i think with this card and its voltage limiter.

Full system power down has fixed the issue. Good thinking with the driver. While I don't think it was a crash a slight instability or some other sort of abnormality may have caused the driver to say hey we're limiting the power.
