Sometimes older drivers will help. Newer are not always better as I am sure you are aware of.

Also try running with exact same settings as your 9999 score, just the test variance will gain a few lose a few during consecutive runs.

I have also managed to get the 6700k benchmark stable with 2 cores @ 5.1 Ghz and the other 2 @ 5.0 Ghz and even tighter timing on my RAM but when in CPU score increases my GPU decreases resulting in sub 10K scores.

I am off work this Friday so will try then.

As i see it you have tweeked your machine to it's max sometimes you have to let it go but......... check your mobo and cpu for Bios updates and check if your card has a new Bios mine did but honestly didn't help me anymore than it is now
