Chuck, you don't have to run Prime95. You can run something that puts enough strain on the CPU to kick it into turbo. A lot of programs will do that and not generate as much heat and strain on the components.

Well, I was able to make it higher.

But I'm afraid I've ran out of volts. I read somewhere that the max voltage for my CPU is 1.55 I think, and when I was trying for 5.199MHz, I would have had to go over the max to get it. Otherwise I was just getting BSODs. I had the voltage all the way up to 1.524 to get to 4.999MHz.
I can't change the bus speed.

Does your BIOS have an 'Easy' section and an 'Adavanced" section? If so, you need to be in the advanced section with it set to Manual probably.
