You would need to let us know what kind of games you want to play, what else you do with your PC, other than gaming, what your budget is and what you have in mind. You will find that everyone's definition of a gaming PC is not the same. It would help if you told us what your definition is and what you have in mind, as well as your budget.

The most important part of course would be getting a graphics card that's powerful enough to run the games you want to play at the resolution that you want to play them at.

You wouldn't need a xeon. A recent i7 or even an i5 should be sufficient. 8 GB of ram should be enough although a lot of gamers are going for 16 GB. I have never used 8 GB of ram before in a game, but who knows what the future holds. As @tcman50 said, the graphics is probably the most important part. The 1080 is more than sufficient for any game.

May I use 16 Gigs of ram for virtual machines or browsing while planning and multitasking
And Games barely need 6 gigabytes of ram to run so I will go a bit future and get a 16 gigabytes ram
for processor I think I should get intel skylake
ntel's sixth-generation Core microarchitecture, also known by its development code name "Skylake," made its official debut at Gamescom in August, with the release of its high-end Core i7-6700K and Core i7-6600K desktop chips.

Sounds like the makings of a very good gaming rig. Good choices.
