    what to get


    What should I go with I was looking at a msi gaming my and a 6600k or a msi gaming my and a 4790k with 4790 I use my ddr3 Corsair Dominator memory or would the ddr3 be much better

    DDR4 is not going to be much better but there is an improvement in the games. For now, 4790k is more than sufficient to work with any new top grade GPU. Why are you changing your current MB ?

    One of the things to keep in mind that the I5-6000K processor requires motherboards that only support DDR4 RAM.
    I was looking into that processor some time ago.

    well its a new mb and processor or get a gtx1070 or rx480

    That GTX980Ti is still powerful card, I would wait to see what 1070 and 480 will actually bring over yours.

    why would you get a 1070 when you have a 980ti? its a slower card , I wouldnt even bother with a 1080 when they are barely 20% faster than a 980Ti even less so if you oc your current card or have a factory oc'ed model , wait for the 1080Ti's in 6-8 months , honestly upgrading now is a waste of money mate
