Help overclocking Please I have a thread started but can't link it

Disk clean up was a about 8hrs ago defrag about a month ago -- No I don't have Malwarebyte's only Trend Micro I use slime ware to clean a lot of different area's including Registry

Most of us use Malwarebytes Free.
Be sure to get the free version and decline the 30 day trial to buy it.

Also CCleaner is highly recommended instead of slime ware.
