    guess ill just ignore it? lol i dont think there is much i can do to solve it? fresh reinstall is out of the option being my internet sucks so bad and will take weeks to re-download everything. thats a last resort.

    It is a common error in laptops I get the error in mine its the software restricting the CPU either you have Intel CPPC or Intel DPTF driver and that is what is causing the problem as it tries to save power I would just ignore it and learn to live with it as I have .
