I replaced the fans of both the coolers with Corsair ML120 Pro's to improve the cooling efficiency. The Corsair ML120 Pro fans can spin up to 2400rpm (2500+rpm as per the readings in the BIOS) / airflow 75CFM / static air pressure 4.2mm-H2O max. The stock fan of the CoolerMaster Masterliquid Lite 120 spin up to 2000rpm / airflow 66.6CFM / static air pressure 2.34mm-H2O max. The H150i Pro's stock fans only spin up to 1600rpm / airflow 47.3CFM / static air pressure 1.78mm-H2O max which is not very helpful for overclocking.
I agree, that high static pressure fans are best,
for use with water cooling systems.
As well as with any AIO liquid cooling solution.
    A less efficient fan,
    simply has to spin harder,
to generate the same amount of airflow, than a more efficient fan.
You either have less efficient cooling,
    or higher noise levels.
Corsair's ML 120 Pro is a really good fan.
However, when compared to price and performance.
The Noctua NF-F12 120 blows it away, (no pun intended).
Still, you have really great temps.
Keep doing what you're doing and you'll be sitting pretty/cool for quite a while.

Moved into Newer Apartment building, Garden Level

Anyways Temps seem sorta higher than my previous location--Condo, Basement

Dust clean out done this morning twice

Are these Normal temps for an Intel I7, with MS Edge open, Secondlife Viewer, Avast, and such

Asus Program shows ten degrees higher, Core temp shows around 48, 49-50C, and such

Used AMD Systems for years, first spring/summer with Intel I7 based system, so making sure all is well

Your temps seem to be on par, with the stock Intel cooler/heatsink installed.

If I'm not mistaken, TJ MAX for most Intel processors is near 98C.
Tj max stands for Tjunction Max, Tjunction is another word for core temps.

Yeah think should be fine or I hope, and yes this system does have the stock heatsink, Oh I see, well hopefully as well, once I unpack more boxes, got a good size floor fan that I can use in here, to cool things off in the room a bit more when A/C isn't on, which it isn't right now, Ambient temps of Apartment right now 77f Degrees,

I"m sure Ambient temp of old room was way cooler, and never hardly went over 45C lol, sometimes was in the low to mid 30's when doing my normal stuff lol, Old place was so cold in winter I had to wear a coat down there lol

Anyhow happy with my Intel System, and once I clean room more, should have room for the floor fan perfectly in here

If your case and motherboard permits.
Perhaps you can purchase and install an aftermarket CPU cooler/heatsink.
A very popular one is the Hyper 212 EVO by Cooler Master.

Have a Asus G11CD Pre Built, not sure if the Case or Motherboard would permit an aftermarket cooler, but I will look into it

    Yes look into this.
Just about any aftermarket cooler, would be better then the stock Intel cooler.

Tower seems to be quite standard but I don't think CM 212Evo or such would fit, they are very tall. Something like this would be much better solution: Noctua NH-L12 120mm 92mm SSO Bearing PWM Fans CPU Cooler - Newegg.com
