Idle hovers around 30C & stress is 70C, should be ok for an air cooled i7-11700k ?

Curiosity question mate, Ive got a 10700k running at 5.1 across the board, under 100% load i hit high 90's xD so if thats what your hitting then yeah id say that was good, My question, How do you find the noctua? Was looking into changing all my fans as well as the cooler

I like it, very simple and efficient design and runs quiet enough. I will bet Noctua's fans would work great in a case. Really wanted the NH-D15 but would have lost a case fan in the process, the NH-U12A just fits with some minor modding.

A Noctua NH-d15 will serve you well - and much quieter, but don't expect miracles, these CPU run hot.

Thank you Gene, it is a space hog but performance counts!

With new cooling configuration, generally idle temp is about 1c over ambient room temperature:

And now for something completely different. =)
Pi 400 stock clock. My custom mini displays for CPU info etc. It's coded in python.
The keyboard is the computer. Is air cooled with one large heat spreader / heatsink under the keyboard.
It won't down clock until the SOC hits 80c.
