Everything looks fine in the BIOS and the AHCI is enabled too.
Actually the length of the boot time is not the problem, Im just curious about the first 25 seconds where nothing happens after I press the Power button.

The three items you have circled on your image of your board are all ATX power ports.........if you decide to use multiple GPUs then you will want to add additional power to the port just above the GPU slots......

One thing to keep in mind with your board is that you will need a PSU that provides a constant minimum of 350w output capablity and it should be stable..

It is recommend that you use a PSU with a higher power output when configuring your system with more power-consuming components. Your system may become unstable or not boot if your PSU is inadequate...

Should you decide to use two or more high-end PCIe x16 cards you really should be using a PSU with 1000w power or more to ensure stability......

Does this mean that I need new PSU?

Not necessarily........look up the specs on your PSU....

With the components you have installed now I would think you are fine; however, when and if you decide to take advantage of all the options that the ASUS Work Station board offers you will need as they say "more power".......

The PSU is in most cases the most overlooked component in the system and it is in my opinion the most important component......stable clean power will enable all components to operate at peak performance and prolong the life of other parts of the build......
