I think you don't have to spend much to get a nice case. As for keyboards.. I love mechanical ones. The best out there is from Das Keyboard but it can run about 160$
Here is a nice one for around 60 dollars..Amazon.com: HAVIT Blue LED Backlit Wired Mechanical Gaming Keyboard with Blue Switches (Blue): Computers Accessories

A keyboard is a personal choice and I would go with the one you'll like.

Get a closed loop liquid cooler if you plan to overclock otherwise a fan type will do just fine.

Save yourself the time, trouble, and extra money and just get the FX 8350. The 9590 is a factory overclocked 8350 that usually doesn't end up clocking any better than the cheaper FX processor. OR, the smarter move would be to just get the i5 6600k instead, which is a MUCH better processor than any CPU in the FX series ever dreamed of being.

For system memory, you could save yourself quite a bit there as well, unless you're going to be running some huge spreadsheets / databases that require 32GB of ram....for gaming, that's a waste.

    Case is personal preference.

    PSU- Seasonic, SuperFlower and EVGA....

Cooling...for the CPU? If you get the 9590, better get the BEST AIO money can buy. Think 360mm rad AIO.
