I built a list for fun of what would be my "budget" build if I wanted a 980 Ti in a machine that doesn't represent too many compromises at a reasonable price.

It's around $750 without the GPU. Not much more than a single 980 Ti.

I've nothing against AMD but the only thing I would not be able to compromise is going AMD instead of Intel.

It's with an i5 6600k, but you could save bucks and go i5 6500 (No oveclocking)
I also swapped the boot drive for a real SSD.

    Here's the link
BrawndoQC - Saved Part Lists - PCPartPicker

I agree with Vellinious about the i5. As someone who currently has an overclocked FX-8350 with a 980 TI, I run into the CPU bottlenecking the GPU quite often in newer AAA games. The 9590 definitely runs a bit better than the 8350, but will still likely bottleneck your future 980 Ti with upcoming AAA titles. If you an afford it, I'd definitely recommend Intel over AMD.

For cooling, I'd go with Corsair's H-series liquid AIO coolers. I've been using them for years and they've kept my CPUs nice and cool.

You're right, I misread. My apologies. I still stand by my recommendation for the cooler though.

I really wish people would read stuff through before making a suggestion

I must of stated that I already have my possessor

So unless your going to donate a replacement
Then please for the sake of sanity do not recommend that I replace something that I have stated that I already own....

Otherwise thanks for your opinions in recommending to me parts that I need

I really don't see anything wrong with the parts you listed in your OP. There really is nothing wrong with the AMD FX at all and for the price
If you look at this comparison for gaming processors.. the FX is only one tier down from the I%-6600K.

I would just get a really good power supply,, 1000w or better.
A nice basic case and a good keyboard. Oh and a sound card and really
    good speakers.

it's a really good buy, IMO.

FWIW... pull the trigger on that gear. Nothing wrong with it, IMO.

Unless someone is willing to give you that I5-6600K stick with the AMD. As long as your happy with that
    gear that's all that matters.
