    Edit: Ok is see you are using an offset of 3.

    I use AVX offset of 3(keeps the CPU cooler during AVX loads like when using Blender

    The higher you overclock, the more offset you should have(E.g. 5.0 OC than AVX offset 3; 5.3GHz then AVX offset 6). for system stability, at most(in my opinion) you should only run your CPU at 4.7GHz during AVX, otherwise your CPU might downclock even lower than 4.7.
