@simrick - So when it comes to RAM just get Crucial. I am going to PCPP to see how I can send a link to someone. I usually use email but I guess I will have be divisive. @essenbe -well with no key I can at least use the USB for 'source' with DISM as Windows would be .ESD -right?

The Techbench ISO is a .wim file. The Media creation tool is an .esd file. You would want the Wim file from techbench for DISM commands. I don't know what the Retail installation media is, but would suspect it is a WIM file. It wouldn't matter though, you can download the TechBench ISO any time you want to. You can also install from any of them. The key is what is important. As long as you have a legal activation key, you can use any of the 3 installation types to install from. Just put the key in after the install completes.

Here's how you identify the link for your build, to send to someone, or post in the forum:

    Build your own

My last question prior to building is this; I watched the video and the gentleman seemed to say attach A to B & C to D but his hands were in the way. When I build the computer are there any directions as to connecting the cables from one component to another? Any marks. colorings or any paper indications in the box or anything that would help me to know actually what is connected to what because I have not done this before. It would be unusual for me to be that intuitive or any novice.
Once this is answered I will have all of my preliminary information.
Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation.

Maranna, I would suggest you get some help. If not by Microcenter, as @simrick suggested, then by someone with some experience. There are numerous videos on You Tube about building a computer, but it is extremely difficult to tell you each step in a thread like this. There are a couple of critical parts where you cannot make a mistake. It isn't difficult, but needs to be exact. Simrick's suggestion of the classes at Microcenter is exactly what you need. There will be people there who can show you those things you are unsure of. Or if you have a friend or acquaintance who could be with you during the build would help you. Either way, you are still doing the build, just with a little help.

I just heard from Micro Center. They said they will assemble the parts I buy from them, test the system, update drivers, install Win 10 pro with a 30 day warranty on labor and parts are the manufacturer's warranty. They return the media to me. I guess I would only have to install my Office 2010 if possible and update my printer drivers. Cost is $ 140.
    What do you think?
    Peter.

That's around the price I would expect and it's very close to what I would pay to get the same job done around my area.

If you don't want or have little experience doing this kind of work it's well worth paying someone. Heck. when I do my
next PC build I might have my local shop put the parts together as well.
