    That Acer looks perfect for your needs. I looked at your original specs, and thought, seriously? This guy wants to do photo editing and "needs" 16 GB RAM? 8 will do you fine. I recommend 8 as a bare minimum for modern systems (regular boring usage like photo editing, taxes, etc) or 16 as a bare minimum for gaming systems. Honestly, you could go with an i3 and be perfectly fine. I got an i3 and am happy with it, $290 USD cheaper, runs just as good, if not better. You do not need anything beyond Intel HD graphics for photo editing.

    get 4 x 4gb sticks of ram so you can run quad channel , just for bragging rights its not that buch faster in real terms

    edit forget it your mobo only has 2 dimm slots
