    New "overclocker" advice please

I'm in the process of assembling my new build using an Asus Z97-A board and Intel i5-4590 CPU with 32 GB Corsair DDR3 1600MHZ RAM. Cooler Master Case, 750 watt power supply and 212 EVO CPU heatsink and fan. Can I safely use the Asus Ez Tuning Wizard to overclock this chip?

The EZ tune can also set up a RAID 0 or 1. Do I need identical drives for a RAID setup and what is the difference between 0 and 1?

My advice would be to do any OCing from the BIOS and not the software. However you have a locked CPU. You need a K series to be able to OC

You're welcome. The link for OCnet has a wealth of very good information for OCing. Read up on it and be careful, and you can have a great experience with OCing. Just be careful doing it.
