    Ram Issues


    My Rig is a custom Rig i have been trying hard to figure this out going to numerous forums for info with no actual fix i have a Custom Rig From IBuyPower that i have built up the ram are identical but when i run them in the computer it plays lottery one day it will utilize the full 16gb of Ram Other times ill have 16gb Ram 8Gb Usable i have checked everything in the bios to make sure it is set properly i have tryed within msconfig to use the maximum ram under advanced options with no luck all the timeings match on the ram the mhz match there both ddr3 there both gskill plug and play so ive ran out of options and btw the bios says theres two 8gb ddr3 ram installed but it will only utilize half of it as physical memory in both bios and control panel / system and the nvidia geforce expierence any help at this point would be useful as im not a overclocker so all of my settings are stock no overclock i have also ran tests on the memory to make sure theres nothing wrong and nothing has come up as a error and ive also checked by booting the system up 2 seperate times with each ram in seperatly boots up fine

    Please Help If you can picture of the ram sticks is enclosed in the .rar file

    Sorry, I've read and re-read the question and without proper punctuation I have trouble following it.

    I did look at the 2 images and they show a difference in the module labels which may or may not be important. One has a different date from the other and there's a number 636 on the newer module. I'd be contacting the maker/vendor of the modules.
