Yep, they do have a program for this... it's called MSI Center.

You can get it here... MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK WIFI

And here's the link to the PDF Users Guide... https://download.msi.com/archive/mnu.../MSICENTER.pdf

The section about setting up the fan curves starts on page 26.

MSI Center is overrated, from what I saw when I had it installed it had nothing for controlling the fans. You select how you use a computer and then it sets the MB to "the best settings for what you chose" Not for me but thanks for looking for me. Did you see the YouTube video of a fan controlling software I posted early in the thread? that looks like the best bet so far for what I want.

Yeah, I've seen that before. I've never used it or MSI Center before.

I notice you have a Corsair 540 Air case. It has two 5.25" bays. you could also use a hardware controller.

    Like one of these...

Yes I could... I'm wanting a desktop software that gives me many options in viewing and controlling speeds of all fans easily

Why not continue with the BIOS setting to control the fans after upgrading from Windows 10 to 11?

I think that is explained in the thread, also I downgraded back to Win 10. I think you didn't read the thread

Yes I read the thread. You went from Windows 10 to 11, lost the settings. Now you say that you went back to Windows 10. And so what's wrong with adjusting the control with the bios since you went back to Windows 10?
You want something you can look at quickly and not need to reboot? If that's it I don't know any software except recommended speedfan or fan control which I have never used.

You said in your first post "Why not continue with the BIOS setting to control the fans after upgrading from Windows 10 to 11?" So I thought you were thinking I was still on Win 11 as that is what you said, nothing about going back to Win 10.

I found a software, the one I posted a YouTube video in the first few posts of the thread, so far it seems to be working exactly how I wanted. I have one small issue that I will contact the them and ask about it but I think this thread can be closed. If anyone else is looking for a fan controller I would take a look at "fan Control"

GitHub - Rem0o/FanControl.Releases: This is the release repository for Fan Control, a highly customizable fan controlling software for Windows.
