If you have a picture of your mother board, look to find the 2 extra fan headers and verify that there is nothing plugged in to them. [ assume fan 1,4 is the problem ?] Typically the yellow wire from fan is the rpm output assuming a 3 wire fan.
I cannot answer this but looking at their forum I can see a few posts about "phantom fans" (that don't exist) being displayed by the program.
I'd say try an alternative and see how many fans it lists.
Just for information,
Some Antec power supplies with twin internal fans can have fan speed wires (Blue/Black) coming directly out of the main loom, which you can connect to the motherboard and monitor for rpm.
Thats what i do with my old Antec True Power 550
