Can somoene look at my cpu-z Ram timings and tell me if they are ok?

You'll need to check the actual laptop specs to see if it CAN run two 16GB modules.
Sometimes the RAM slots are limited in what they can physically run.

Your laptop may be "limited" to only running, up to two 8GB sticks.

I don't see any problem as you replaced the two sticks with two with better specs

I'm having a good laugh that the responses are about if the laptop can handle 32GB of ram... haha it's an i7 from 2-3 years ago folks haha..

My actual question is are those timings messed up or seem wrong, because I will test again today, but I have noticed a kind of input lag and it seems the ram is running at a lower speed (I don't understand how to read JEDEC timings as it shows in picture below) than the original if you actually look at my pictures from the Default ram to the New Ram, notice the picture showing my original RAM and the New one on bottom.. is there any experts on timings or how to read this and why it's slower than my original ram yet I bought exact matching 2666 DDR4 Ram with 18 CL and my original Ram is DDR4 2666 19CL

In CPU-Z, the "Memory" tab shows what the RAM is actually running at.
The SPD tab just shows the various possibilities.


For example... the bottom pic, shows what my RAM is actually running at...
Multiply the DRAM frequency (bottom pic), times two because DDR (double data rate).

The JEDEC # timings are just preset profiles of RAM timings. It does not matter whether the Profile # used has a different # number in the new RAM modules.

Real world you notice nothing on increasing RAM. You are wrongly thinking that your RAM is slower, and arbitrarily linking that to other stuff.
