    Intel Engineer explains current CPU Temps and Maximum Performance.


    Intel Engineer pretty much gave reasons why we see high temps and higher boost clocks
    Also explained is the Thermal limits and why they push the cpu to higher temps and wild voltage spikes

    That is a really good video, well worth watching.

    What, I pretty much got from this is doesn't matter if you reach the limit it's how you're reaching the limit and how the short burst effect temps and scaling
