I wasn't sure if I should continue with the previous post as it was just a thought but now I've done it.... and yeah, no huge difference in temps.
I shaved like 3c at most BUT now the wires up top aren't jammed up behind the radiator anymore and it's much easier to cable manage.
Was it worth it? Probably not but I still think it's pretty neat at the very least.

If the three fans on top of the rad are blowing UP, and the three fans in the top of the case are doing so as well... then you're probably defeating the purpose of moving the rad outside the case.
You don't show which direction the air is flowing so I can only guess...
Things you might want to try.
1. Move the case down near the floor where the cooler air is.
2. Remove the top three fans from the case roof if they are exhaust, because they will just blow hot case air at the radiator.
3. You want the radiator that's outside the case, to only be fed with cool air.
4. You also have a lot of airflow IN the case, fighting with itself.
Oh yes I admit there are some more things I need to work out but as for it being on the floor, no way. I got a toddler and an infant but the last time it was on the floor it was the wife who accidentally spilled Coke all over the top of it. Not sure which of the 3 is more clumsy.
Right now the top fans and radiator fans are all in exhaust mode.
Then the top case fans are exhausting HOT air at the radiator.
Try just disconnecting the top case fans and maybe set a piece of cardboard on top of the case... just to test.
That's the real trick... just test different combinations until you find whichever gives the "best" temps.
I was thinking about that. The rgb fans are mostly for looks, they are pretty weak. Not a whole lot of flow but I guess enough of them will do something.
I think the problem is the duct booster is too weak and isn't flowing as much air as the 3k fan I was using on the previous custom intake build but idle Temps are 31c. Still, I am 10c cooler while gaming. I was hitting 90c now its 80c so there IS some improvement.

I flipped the fans around as suggested and it made a world of difference. I ran Cinebench for 10 mins which didn't get the cpu very hot.
Then I explored for 30 mins in GTA Online which normally puts me at 80c. It peaked at 75c but averaged at 68c so I am very happy.
