non techie type needs help choosing RAM upgrade

Great, thanks. Gonna grab it. EDIT: before i do, it says DDR3-1333 while my old ram says DDR3-1600. Is that speed and is it going to make 16 GB slower than my current ram if it were 16 GB? What about the spec PC3-10600 vs my current rams PC3-12800? I'm doing this because i need more for gaming and if i'm gonna gain say 25% better performance due to lower specs i'd rather pass and try and find the same ram i now have in 4 GB slices.

I bought them but i have one more question. I believe you can simply install them (w/PC off of course) and turn it on and the PC will recognize it and work normally. Is that correct or is there something that i will have to deal with like going into the bios to configure something when i start it ?
