It's good . It's not normal for cpu and pci connectors they should be different so as not to mislead people.

For the boot led on it is probably because there is no windows installed, your old bootable hd with windows cannot be interchangeable from one pc to another. A clean install from a usb flash drive would be enough for the led to turn off but you want restore your windows 10 image, and that I have never done, neither imaging nor cloning.
Other people will help you if you don't know how to restore your windows 10 image with the raid/ahci and uefi/legacy(csm) parameters which are to be taken into account when cloning or to use old hhd with windows already installed.

While waiting for help you can try booting to a windows install usb drive to see if all hdds will be detected and you cancel the clean install process.

It's not the ram, and you can put the second memory stick.

Thanks, so I found out some stuff after some testing.

The HDD with the bootable windows is damaged and not detectable. Probably a result of toying with it when my old pc was not booting properly as the HDD was not that old yet.

The other 3 HDD's work and are findable by the system. The boot led indicator is only shown if their is no bootable device found.

So all I have to do now is buy a new 1 tb HDD and restore my backup image to that and take it from there.... I'll proceed to share updates as I move along on this long journey.

Yes it is damaged if not detectable, and it may be because of the hdd your old system had bsods or crashes you pointed out in the other thread.

You can try plugging it into other sata ports to be sure.

Do not forget the m.2 ssd or sata ssd for the os it will be better.

Why don't you do a clean install of windows 11 and recover the data from the windows 10 image?

You should open a new thread for help with cloning/imaging/restore with raid/ahci settings, legacy/uefi bios and mbr/gpt partition, the gurus will help you.

For the undetectable hdd also consider trying another sata cable, interchange with a cable from other hdds without disconnecting it on the motherboard side.
