Is Arctic Freezer 7X Cooler a few questions

    Hello All

Currently using this Cooler for my Intel 10700 Processor, is it wise to keep Turbo Power limits activated in UEFI bios with this cooler? as not the original cooler i planned on upgrading to from the Stock CPU cooler, but i had some problems installing the actual replacement cooler, so i needed it running, and lugged it to local shop and went with the cooler they had in stock for LGA 1200

Boosts lately to 4.7 if temps allow, I know max for this Processor is 4.8ghz, so i guess i'm not too far off using all of it as designed

Which Arctic cooler is it? As long as the temps are acceptable you are fine. I see it now, haven't heard of that cooler.

Originally was gonna upgrade Stock Cooler to Be Quiet Pure Rock 2 Black, but didn't go well, and Shop was like that one may not even fit into your case that well, they suggested at first 240mm AIO cooler that may not have fit for $199, or it was 120mm AIO option, then i was well what Air Coolers you have, and they said well this one should work fine

Seems to being a good job. Just monitor temps and enjoy it

Will Definitely Monitor temps and should be fine, noticed in games and such--max it's gotten to was 83C one time, alot better than before when with stock cooler be up in the mid to high 90's

I like Arctic for AIOs, but for air I prefer Noctua. Something to look into if temps become an issue. Those are safe temps, but I would shoot for nothing higher than 70s for gaming. That is just my opinion

Well Never had a system that stayed in the 70's thus far, It was iffy on Noctua Air Cooler fitting in this case, as max CPU Cooler height is 160mm. So wasn't sure on going for one of those. ((Case is Thermaltake V200 TG RGB)) (picked out at same local shop in June 2020 for my Intel 10700)

Ok Will check that info out for sure--Thank you so much!, as kinda eventually want this system to be the first system i take full advantage of available cpu processor speed,

Previous Pre Built i used stock cooler for 4 years, This Machine used til i afforded first cooler upgrade, might upgrade it again in a year or two if this current one dies or want something beefer perhaps by then, and just maybe finally for first time able to do install myself
