I visited all the pc case vendor's websites and remember reviewing info on this case. I wanted a mid-tower case. I am uploading a photo of my current machine and the new machine side-by-side. The left one is my current machine. The second new machine will be housed in a mid-tower case with three 5.25" external bays.
About the case and CPU cooler for the second new machine I mentioned in my previous post, I have found that I picked the wrong CPU cooler for the case.
I never used a liquid CPU cooler before but decided to try it and found that it is much quieter than the current machine.
When picking a case if you plan to use a AIO number one rule is find out what is the max cooling you can use.
Most full towers do 360-420 some other cases barley do 360 some can only fit a 240 or even less then that.
Custom looping is a different situation you basically can get more doing it that way also maintenance is a pita, water would have to be monitored more often then a AIO!
Today I have completed assembling the second new machine using Asus mobo. It is always a nervous moment when pressing the power button for the first time. I heard for the first time ever a POST beep other than a short beep. It was a long beep followed by three short beeps.
I reviewed the manual and found the onboard graphics does not support the 3rd gen Ryzen. I plugged in a video card and the problem was solved.
I plugged in a SATA SSD drive and a NVMe SSD from the first new machine and the OSes installed on these drives booted without any issue.
What I am going to do next is to see if the same problems happen with the second new machine. The problem was restoring backups from my current machine onto the first new machine with Gigabyte motherboard.

I switched OS on the M.2 NVMe drive from W10 to W8.1 and confirmed W8.1 worked. But the problem began when I attempted to switch from W8.1 to W7. W7 did not boot(which was no surprise) so I used a third-party utility to change the active partition to that for W10 but when the machine restarted the boot menu that lits W7, W8, W10 from which to select. I selected W10 but the same menu returned. It appeared the active partition was not changed or the W7 partition stayed active.
I moved the drives(SATA drive, NVMe drive) back to the first machine and confirmed that the W7 partition was still active. I changed the active partition to that for W10 and the W10 booted as expected.
I reset the BIOS. But since then the BIOS settings come back when starting the machine with whatever the drive(s) or no drive is connected to the machine.
I appreciate any suggestion to solve the problem as above which appears BIOS related.

I contacted the mobo vendor and was told it requires repair. I am yet undecided on what to do next except returning it to the retailer. I would like to let this thread be concluded by marking as Solved.
Thanks, everyone for your suggestions.
