This is really comprehensive. I wanted to know that for other computers.

Thanks for the link for the speaker. The mobos I bought in the past always came with it, but the one for my new build did not. I searched for it using "chassis speaker" as is called in the manual, but no hit.
About Legacy or UEFI: With my current machine the Legacy is the only option. All OSes are installed independently and switching among them is done by selectively setting respective partition active. I attempted to do the same with the new build but I could not so that I am using the Legacy mode and the MBR style drives as with my current machine.
I could restore a backup of W7 onto the new build and it could boot up but the keyboard and the mouse are not functional.
On my thread starter post I stated something negative about the motherboard so I was reluctant to mention the make/model.
I am really a fan of the brand and build a number of machines in the past, and have never had problems as I am experiencing with the new mobo. It can no longer be returned or exchanged because of the past return period.
Here is the make/model: Gigabyte X570 AORUS Ultra.
I have decided to keep the new machine until I see what happens with the one using Asus motherboard. I picked the motherboad on pparks1's post or Asus Tuf Gaming X570 Pro Plus WiFi.
I ordered the same parts except the mobo, the case and the liquid cooler.
I wanted three 5.25" external drive bays so that the case selection is not great. I had difficulty finding right case-cooler combo for the previous build.
Now everything except 5600X has arrived and found that I have the same problem again for the next build.
What I have to do now is to find a new case or a liquid cooler or both of them.
I just wanted to post back my present situation.
