Here is a "Update" on the first time at building a computer. After four days of some use, it runs as "smooth as silk" as they say. No problems...those 5 fans runs very quite, and the many color change is sort of annoying. Might look into a way to curtail those color switches.
Here are the Temperature readings:
CPU- is running at... average temp. 31 c. BUS speeds at. 99Mhz to 100.0 Mhz.
Motherboard is running at. 34 c.
Graphics is running at. 33 c to 35 c.
Storage is running at . 29 c.

Also, have another matter. Neighbor came over and now he wants me to build him one. Just might set up a business. But, I'm too old to try and make people happy on my old bones.

IF you decide to "sell" computers, do it the easy way.
Don't let the customer choose the build.

YOU make 3-4 different, "standard" builds and just sell them. Then the customer can pick which of your builds they want.
If they want any changes... they can do them, themselves.

Lastly... if you do decide to do this, make yourself a "work area" that makes things easy for YOU.
Like... good lighting, plenty of space, comfortable chair/stool, etc.
