When I get rid of Corsair I also could use my Apex MB ...as it can control my fans too

I have 2 fan controllers both made by Corsair

You have a Phanteks case, don't they make fan controllers?

Mike, use the Q fan control in BIOS, one like @Dude linked to or buy a fan controller that you like. I've used this one before and loved it. Amazon.com

    Hi,
Yeah I opted for one of lamptron 45w 6 knob controllers too but it was only 50.us FC-2 model it will let you use 4 pin fans with the knobs it doesn't matter bios is out of the equation
I give bios a couple fans on push/ pull just to keep it happy the rest are on knobs.

    Hi,
No there's quiet a bit of vdroop on llc-6 and perfectly safe I've used it and have already shown exactly how much there is on my last r23/... score subs

Think you were going to run r23 at 5.3 with only the 360pe with fans running so Mike might get a better idea on how the kit would perform out of the box.
Did I miss that run if I did you didn't even sub the score results either.
If you can do a lower LLC overclock, in general you can get by with a lower load voltage. At lower LLC the transients in voltage (under/overshoots when there is a voltage transition) are smaller This matters because a larger voltage undershoot, when the processor down-volts, can lead to an unstably low voltage. In my experience though, at higher overclocks you need a higher LLC for stability. It is a balance.
