Found another new setting that's not in the manual, AI Tweaker - AI Features - Cooler re-evaluation Algorithm: Normal, More/Very/Less/Least inclined to update. Gonna see if it works on the fans.
I'd be interested in what you find. I thought it only applied to the recommended voltages you need for achieving the OC frequency of your choice - the better the cooling the more overclocking headroom.

BTW, I has mine set to"more inclided to update" and the cooling score varied quite a bit depending on the load you have been running and how aggressive you have set fans/pump.

    Hi,
Kind of cool Tommie showed z590 has pch vccin which is I guess input voltage like x299 has and I believe x99 has too
On x299 kind of limit that to 1.95v on llc-5 or 6 otherwise auto will will go to near 2.0v

z490 does not have that one it really only has vcore and system agent/ vccio stuff kind of wish it did because it would of been more familiar
If you watch that on hwinfo64 a lot of vdroop occurs there on x299/ x99 min max for example in yellow

z490 has pch core voltage but it runs at much lower voltage 1.05v than that pch vccin voltage Tommie showed at 1.7v+- lol

PCH VCCIN is 1.8V on my XIII Hero and you can't change it. HWiNFO isn't working too well with Win 11.
