    Thanks for comments everyone.
I tested my PC with TPM 2.0 enabled for 8 hours with no issues. I have however changed the fTPM setting back to discrete in the bios in the meantime.
I been running it all day no issues seems unnecessary to even use it
I am not going back into the bios to change it nothing stopping me from gaming or otherwise i'm good.
My other systems have not checked my daughters system is similar to mine same board etc but my X99 is the one i need to check and the system i built for my nephew.

Part of the confusion I'm seeing with the Health check is that it says a 2-core CPU is necessary but the computer has a 6-core CPU. The words "or more" "or better" don't appear anywhere.

I have a shortlist of X570 Gigabyte and Asus boards to build a new PC but the TPM modules are not in stock in the UK. Fortunately these boards have firmware TPM support which can be set in the BIOS (fTPM).

I'm using the ASUS ROG Strix X570-F Gaming motherboard and enabled TPM, but how do you check to see if windows 11 will run on my system?

As the MS Tool has been a bit Hit & Miss, you could try this => WhyNotWin11 - GitHub

This was recommended by Paul Thurrott and Mary Jo Foley on Windows Weekly last week.

    I hope this helps.
