I brought 2 sets of 2x8gb sticks but they were identical. They don't come in 4 as a set.
You must be lucky, what speed, timing, voltage and what rams you have ?

Understood, but i don't have problem running at default clock speed with lower timing.
I guess the AMD systems are different. I'm running all four of my slots with 3600MHz Modules (XMP enabled). I'm on an Intel board though. See my system specs.
Been running that way for over a year now. My backup system is running 3333MHz modules in all four slots.
When I used 4 sticks it was on my X570 motherboard with stock Voltage settings & Auto settings applied apart from speed & ram timings were kept at 15.15.15.
I moved 2 sticks over to my B450 board now anyway as I use an m.2 as SSD/HDD are just too slow for my Ryzens so use PCi 4.0 m.2 on both systems & the B450 runs at 3,450mb/s Read & Write so if you still can not use 4 sticks just use a fast PCi m.2 instead as you are just slowing yourself down with SSD/HDD.
Here is a picture of your QVL Ram list for 3,600Mhz ram on your motherboard, are your sticks any of the top ones which are tested for 2 only ???
Mine is not inside the list, i'm using this CORSAIR CS-CMK16GX4M2D3600C18 Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3600MHz C18 Memory Kit, Black: Amazon.sg: Electronics. I guess my motherboard don't support 4 sticks of this rams in xmp. I 'll just have to
stick to 3200mhz or default.
1) Be aware the QVL list isn't always updated and mainly applies to newly released boards. My Corsair sticks aren't listed on Gigabyte's QVL list for my motherboard cause the board came out before those modules were released.
Point: Just because certain modules aren't listed doesn't mean they won't work, it just means the QVL list hasn't been updated. Truth be told, I've never ever referred to a QVL list when choosing my RAM modules. On the other hand I only use Corsair Dominator modules. Still...
2) A visit to your owner's manual would clear up any questions about RAM configuration for your board. There's also plenty of board forums to answer those questions. Don't get caught up in "guesswork".
You could always try 2 X16GB sticks instead as 1 set is listed on QVL list, people who do not use the QVL list as a reference point normally have load of problems also.
If you look up the ram on some sites they tell you there is a newer version & most of your numbers match.
You could also just match the Cas Latency rating on the QVL list to a set of rams you are using as that is another way of doing it.
I also believe my QVL list is the same as yours yet I am using Patriot Steel Viper 4,000Mhz Cl15 Ram & yet the board only goes up to 3600Mhz !

I'm strictly Intel so I've never used AMD processors or motherboards and can't speak from personal experience, but I've read a number of threads where AMD boards seem to be finicky about the RAM. If that's the case you might be better off following the QVL list.
That said, you might look to the AMD Motherboards forums at overclock.net. Since they're an overclocker's site you can learn a lot about your motherboard to include RAM configurations. I don't overclock but I do frequent the site when I need to know something about my motherboard or have a question. The site's a great way to learn your board; even better if there's a thread dedicated to your board.
