    You can take a snipping tool pic of the .bmp and it saves the as .png which you can upload. Up and down arrows will change BIOS setting when you are on them

    changed to manual and 3600mhz

    Your RAM is still running at 2133, did you save BIOS setting after the changes you made? Run a validation in cpuz and post result please

DIY GPU cooler
