It's tricky, yes I posted an OC net link because it has some good info. RAM settings at first should be manually entered I think. Find that part in your bios and enter the main timings shown on the box or spd.
Then you work on CPU, lots of different settings, again I recommend manual settings, not XMP. Play with the SA v's and cpu voltages. Play with it until you are in a spot with good temps when doing what you want your computer to do I.E. Gaming, apps that you run etc.
At this point you can try dialing in RAM at tighter settings. This is a process, and is different for everyone. Take your time and learn your rig. Benchmark and use to see if you are good with performance doing your usual tasks.
Always go with your comfortable with, but experimenting by saving a good profile and tweaking as you go.
